I read an article where a man won a $338 million lottery and then shortly after had the audacity to dump his live in girlfriend of 10 years, who also happened to be the mother of one of his children [http://allchristiannews.com/man-never-married-his-10-year-girlfriend-then-dumps-her-after-he-wins-the-lottery/]. On one hand she wasnt his wife, so wasn't legally entitled to the money, but on the other hand, they were together for 10 years and contributed equally to everything in their home and although he bought the ticket, since everything in their home belonged to them both, she shouldve gotten something. As low down as I thought it was that he felt she deserved none of the winnings, I felt it hard to understand how she could be 'just' a girlfriend after 10 years. Does loyalty or 'ride or die' mean anything to a man? If marriage is what you hoped for but your man is not trying to discuss your future, how much time do you let pass before you leave? Or are you just hoping for the best? What's acceptable? The real question is how long would you wait in a relationship for your man to put a ring on it? Comment below.
